66000 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 66000 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 66000 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the 66000 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The 66000 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. Users who register by providing false information about their age will have their accounts terminated immediately.

2. Account Creation and Security

Account Registration

  • Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 66000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
  • Users are fully responsible for all activities that take place under their account.
  • The name on the payment method must match the name used during account registration to ensure smooth transaction processing.

Password Security

  • Users are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. We recommend using a strong and unique password.
  • Do not share your login credentials with any third party. 66000 will never ask for your password via email or phone.
  • If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our customer support immediately.
  • 66000 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

Users of the 66000 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our services:

  • Using the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or identity fraud.
  • Using automation software, bots, hacking tools, or any other unauthorised technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party without written consent from 66000.
  • Spreading false information, inciteful content, or any communications that undermine the integrity of the platform or its users.
  • Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or internal systems that are not available to the public.
  • Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 66000 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.

4. Payment and Transaction Information

Deposit

All transactions on the 66000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include online bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, and other local methods listed during the deposit process. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the platform's current policies and may vary depending on the selected payment method.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established processing schedule. Users must ensure that the name on their registered bank account or digital wallet matches their 66000 account name. 66000 reserves the right to delay or cancel withdrawals where suspicious activity is detected or additional verification is required.

Transaction Accuracy

Users are responsible for ensuring recipient details are correct before confirming any transaction. 66000 is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect information submitted by the user during deposit or withdrawal processing.

5. Liability Limits and Account Policies

Liability Limits

66000 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service outages, technical errors, or unauthorised access by third parties.

The platform is provided "as is" and 66000 makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or entirely free from technical errors.

Account Suspension and Closure

66000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, multiple account ownership, or any action that compromises the security of the platform or other users. Decisions regarding account closure are final and subject to the sole discretion of 66000 management.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Amendments to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the 66000 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of the platform operator and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The 66000 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

66000 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
